The Glass Gallery in the Empire of Glass is one of the largest of its kind in Austria, presenting the full diversity and beauty of glass art across three captivating levels.

On the first level, visitors discover a remarkable selection of international glass art. Renowned artists from around the world showcase their masterpieces, highlighting both traditional and contemporary techniques.

The second level is dedicated to the breathtaking light sculptures by Peter Kuchler III. As a third-generation member of the glassmaking family, he has developed and patented a unique technique. His radiant creations are unlike anything else in the world and are exclusively exhibited here – true highlights for art enthusiasts.

The third level pays tribute to Hilde Kuchler, the founder whose creativity lives on in her paintings and sculptures. Her works reflect both artistic vision and family heritage, leaving a lasting impression on all who encounter them.

The Winter garden at Die Glaswelt is a place where botany and glass art come together in a truly captivating way, all year round. Among exotic plants and an impressive glass palm tree, visitors can enjoy an inspiring atmosphere, complemented by the discovery of rare prehistoric plants – a delight for both nature enthusiasts and art lovers.

From April to October, the Glass Sculpture Park invites guests to explore a beautifully designed garden walk. Here, glass sculptures sparkle amidst lush greenery, creating a harmonious dialogue between nature and art.
